PDF, Excel and legal-format report exports
Export supported reports with the selected company, view and period, choosing the appropriate paginated legal output rather than assuming a visual download contains everything.
Choose the output that matches the purpose
An interactive visual export and a paginated report export serve different purposes. The visual may contain only the displayed or permitted result set. Supported Legal Format PDF and Excel actions use the corresponding report layout and period parameters to produce the intended review or compliance document.
Keep the selected scope with the file
Check the company, report page, dates and any relevant account or register filter before exporting. Some compliance reports produce separate files for distinct register types; account-ledger output groups information by account. The supported delivery workflow can share the generated file, but a screenshot of an embedded report is not the same artifact.
What to know before you start
Not every report has every export format. Large exports can have safeguards, and the embedded platform's quick export has its own limits; select the supported action for the intended result.
Practical questions
Why does a CSV export contain fewer rows than expected?
It may be the interactive visible-data export with platform limits. Use the supported paginated action when full-period output is required.
Does Legal Format mean the document has been filed?
No. It identifies the supported output layout, not authority submission or legal preservation.
