Team roles and accountant collaboration
Give colleagues access to the company workflows they need, with distinct sales, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, banking and compliance responsibilities.
Share work without making every user unrestricted
Company roles organize access around real responsibilities. Sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing and returns/quality users can receive the operational capabilities appropriate to their work. Necessary reference choices remain available without automatically granting permission to edit every customer, product or accounting record behind them.
Give reporting and banking their own scope
Compliance users can view and export the reports available for the selected company without becoming report authors or unrestricted financial operators. Banking access covers supported bank-connection, transaction and SEPA workflows. Roles can combine, but combining restricted responsibilities does not turn them into unrestricted access. The permissions reference explains the available actions.
What to know before you start
Review permissions after inviting a user and when responsibilities change. Role assignment does not replace company membership or bypass country, subscription and workflow restrictions.
Practical questions
Can my accountant read reports without editing transactions?
The Compliance role supports viewing and exporting available company reports without granting general posting or report-authoring rights.
Does assigning two limited roles grant full access?
No. Responsibilities combine additively within the defined policy rather than becoming unrestricted.
