Sales invoicing
Create customer invoices with products, terms and tax treatment, keep order-linked pricing intact and produce branded documents for customer delivery.
Turn the agreement into a financial document
An invoice brings together the customer, date, document number, product or service lines, amounts and tax context. Work directly in the form or use supported assistant workflows. Where the invoice comes from a sales order, the agreed commercial prices remain the basis of billing instead of being silently replaced by a newer price list.
Keep presentation and accounting connected
Supported print and email actions use the company's document presentation and the saved invoice data. Local electronic-invoicing workflows are separate from simply creating a PDF and apply only where configured. Follow payment and linked-document information to distinguish an issued invoice from one that has been transmitted, accepted or paid.
What to know before you start
Creating or emailing a PDF is not proof of tax-authority acceptance or customer payment. Verify the applicable electronic-invoicing and collection workflows separately.
Practical questions
Does a new price list reprice an existing order invoice?
Order-linked invoices retain the agreed-price protections. Current catalogue pricing is not a reason to overwrite the original agreement.
Can I use my company branding?
Supported document templates use company information and configured logo/theme settings. Confirm your desired layout during setup.
